How to use

Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with a meal or right after, with water.

Natural occurrence: Softgel capsules may stick together slightly — just shake the container to separate them. This does not affect their quality or freshness.

Has your dietary supplement been tested?

Is 4000 IU of vitamin D3 a safe dose?

Yes. This dose is recommended for adults, especially during the autumn–winter period and for individuals with vitamin D deficiency. The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) sets the upper tolerable intake level of vitamin D for adults at 4000 IU per day.

The capsules in my Vitamin D3+K2 have stuck together — is this normal?

Yes 🙂 Softgel capsules are soft and flexible, so they may sometimes stick together, especially when exposed to temperature. Just gently shake the jar — the capsules will separate and you can use them safely. This does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product.

Can I take Vitamin D3 + K2 all year round?

Yes — especially if you have a deficiency confirmed by a blood test or you live a lifestyle with limited sun exposure. Scientific data shows that over 90% of the population is deficient in vitamin D — regardless of age, gender, or place of residence. Even in summer, its synthesis is reduced by factors such as sunscreen, indoor work, or diet. That’s why specialists recommend year-round supplementation to maintain optimal vitamin D levels.

Do I need to take the capsule with a fatty meal?

No, because our capsule already contains olive oil, which increases the bioavailability of vitamins D3 and K2. This allows you to take the supplement regardless of the type of meal, or even on an empty stomach. For greater comfort and consistency, however, we recommend taking it together with a chosen meal of the day (e.g., breakfast or dinner).

Can I combine this supplement with other Natu.Care products?

Yes. Vitamin D3 + K2 works well with collagen, Omega-3, Premium Magnesium, or Biotin. Just make sure not to duplicate very high doses of vitamin D if you are already using another supplement containing this ingredient.

How can I check if I need vitamin D supplementation?

The best solution is a blood test (25-OH-D). The optimal level for health is usually 30–50 ng/ml. In Poland, due to the climate, vitamin D deficiencies are very common.

Does vitamin D supplementation affect the thyroid?
