Strong hair, healthy skin, and natural beauty.

Hair loss, brittle nails, dull skin? These may be symptoms of biotin deficiency — vitamin B7, also known as the “beauty vitamin.” It supports natural glow and condition, helping to maintain a healthy appearance every day.It is an essential component for proper keratin synthesis — a protein that builds hair, skin, and nails.

What effects can you expect?

The effectiveness of biotin is confirmed by scientific research — including a 2021 publication showing that regular supplementation supports hair and skin condition.

FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions
Need support? Contact us — we’ll be happy to answer your questions.
Has your biotin been tested? Safety and quality are our top priorities! The Biotin dietary supplement has been tested for the presence of molds, yeasts, and bacteria (including Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, and Salmonella), as well as PAHs and heavy metals (lead, cadmium, mercury). We have also tested our product for the absence of gluten, lactose, and GMOs. The tests were carried out by the independent, certified laboratory J.S. Hamilton Poland — the results are fully published on this website in the “Health and Safety” section.
Is 4000 IU of vitamin D3 a safe dose? Yes. This is a dose recommended for adults, especially during the autumn and winter period and in people with vitamin D deficiency. The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) sets the tolerable upper intake level for vitamin D in adults at 4000 IU per day.
Can biotin be taken on an empty stomach? Yes, biotin is a water-soluble vitamin, so it can also be taken on an empty stomach. However, for greater comfort, we recommend supplementation after a meal — for some people this reduces the risk of possible stomach discomfort. You can take biotin at any time of day — in the morning, during the day, or in the evening.
How long should biotin be supplemented? The duration of biotin supplementation depends on the reason for use. In cases of biotin deficiency, supplementation is usually recommended for several months, while for improving the condition of hair, skin, and nails, around 3 months is suggested.
Is the product suitable for vegans? Yes, Biotin from Natu.Care is a vegan product. The capsules are of plant origin.
Can I combine biotin with other Natu.Care supplements? Yes, biotin combines well with other Natu.Care supplements — such as collagen, Omega-3, or adaptogens. However, always make sure you are not duplicating the same ingredients at very high doses in your supplementation.
How does biotin affect the skin and hair? Biotin is essential for the health of the skin, nails, and hair. It helps maintain their strength and elasticity and improves their appearance. Biotin also benefits the skin by improving its condition.
Can biotin affect blood test results? Yes. Biotin may interfere with some laboratory tests, especially thyroid tests (TSH, FT4, antibodies). This can lead to falsely low or elevated results.
Therefore, it is recommended to stop biotin supplementation 48–72 hours before blood collection, unless your doctor advises otherwise.
Can biotin be overdosed? Biotin is a water-soluble vitamin, so any excess is excreted from the body in urine. No toxic effects have been reported even at very high doses — many times higher than those found in commercially available supplements. In practice, this means that biotin is considered safe and its supplementation does not pose a risk of overdose.
