Zalecane spożycie:
Dorośli 2 kapsułki, 2 razy dziennie spożyć w trakcie lub po posiłku. Popić dużą ilością wody.

Po 3 miesiącach stosowania produktu zalecamy 3 tygodniową przerwę. Ze względu na zawartość kofeiny suplement należy przyjmować w pierwszej połowie dnia. Nie zaleca się stosowania u dzieci.
